The Living Room Sessions - Ringtone
Product Description
The Crosstie Walkers are a rock trio from Sacramento, CA. The combination of a rhythmic style guitar playing with plenty of tasty, bluesy rock leads, powerful vocals, and a twin-engine rhythm section of drums and bass driving the train, results in a thick, full rock sound often described as classic-modern.
Chet Bowles - Guitar and vocals. Chet played his first gig in 4th grade and has been performing ever since. Although influenced by many great musicians and bands including John Fogerty, Bad Company, Montrose, The Faces and many more, Chet brings his own style which has evolved over thirty years of playing guitar. Chet writes the lyrics for the songs which capture both the emotions of hope and despair in real life issues. His lead guitar playing is often improvisional, leading the songs and band where they need to go.
Sean Davis - Drums. Sean started playing drums in high school and has played everything from jazz to punk. His musical interests range from the likes of Social Distortion and Slayer to the steady, trance inducing rhythmic beats of world beats. The Crosstie Walkers' songs at times call for both a steady beat as well as hard hitting style and Sean breaks out his rock chops for the task at hand.
Rob Winter - Bass. Rob Winter started playing rhythm guitar about thirteen years ago but when the garage band he was playing in lost a member he stepped into the role of bass and immediately was hooked on holding down the bottom end in a trio setting. His musical interests include many rock greats such as Cream, Robin Trower, Rush, Black Sabbath, and Pink Floyd. His "less is more" philosophy enables him to provide a driving rhythm in conjuction with the drums for many of The Crosstie Walkers tunes while at the same time interfacing with the melody of the vocals and Chet's signature guitar riffs.
