Return & Refund Policy – Simplie

Returnable Items
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Simplie Indie within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

you decide you need to return an item that fits the above conditions you may

Items that are Not Returnable
Simplie Indie does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Downloadable MP3s
- Downloadable Ringtones
- Downloadable Sheet Music
- Downloadable eBooks
- Opened CDs
If you did not receive your downloadable product, received the incorrect downloadable product or were not able to download or save your downloadable product, please email service@simplieindie.com or call (916) 474-9292 for assistance.
Defective Items
If
you discover you received a damaged or defective item and need to exchange it
for the same item send the damaged or defective product back to:

A
replacement for the damaged or defective item will be sent as soon as we
receive the original item back from you.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center.
NOTE: Simplie Indie recommends
that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
(2) either insure your package for safe return to Simplie Indie or declare the full
value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is
lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers
tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be
responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Other Terms and Conditions
- Simplie Indie is not
responsible for typographical errors. Simplie Indie reserves the right to
cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the
Simplie Indie online store concerning the pricing or availability of any
item you ordered when you placed the order.
- Simplie Indie reserves the
right to change the terms and conditions of sale on the Simplie Indie
online Store at any time.
- To the extent
permitted by law, all sales on the Simplie Indie online store are governed by California law,
without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
