I am the Founder of Prismatic Entertainment, a new company dedicated to providing all the tools and resources necessary for Independent Artists to succeed.

I started taking piano lessons when I was seven and started improvising a short time later. After much experimentation I discovered that my true interest was in piano/instrumental music. I have recorded and released one CD, Age of Discovery, which is available on this site. I also have sheet music and tee shirts for sale. I have written the music for a 2nd CD which will be titled Moments of Passion. Unlike my first recording, which is fully orchestrated, this 2nd CD will be a solo piano recording.

Over the years my music has been influenced by many different composers: Chopin, Rachmaninoff, Gershwin, Beethoven, Liszt, Debussy, David Lanz, and Yanni to name a few. There is no real category for my music. Many would classify it as "New Age" or perhaps “Contemporary Classical” but I am more concerned with the listening experience rather than with its classification. For me music comes from the soul and can express ones deepest emotions. I try to convey that as I play and I hope that the people listening can feel that.

I absolutely believe in the ability of independent artists to make a full-time living if that is their dream. Being independent creator and controlling my career is extremely important to me and I am excited to share what I have learned. That was the motivation for me to begin my new company.

I am in the process of writing four books. Two are for authors and two are for musicians. They cover the "why to" and the "how to" succeed as an independent author or musician. The workbook for authors should be published (Indie Published) and available for sale by September 2009 with the other books published over the next year.
